Halloween Week

We are not learning a new letter this week. Instead, we used our time to work on some Halloween activities. Tomorrow we will be celebrating the occasion throughout the day. Thank you to the parents who volunteered to come in to carve jack-o-lanterns. Come in around 10:45 and prepare to get messy! We have 6 pumpkins to carve and some seeds to roast.
After lunch, we will get dressed up in our costumes. If you have any special instructions for us, please let us know. We will do our best to get everyone dressed up the way you planned. We will enjoy the snacks that are sent in throughout the day and will do some special Halloween centres.
I want to remind you all that there is no school for us on Friday. The original calendar you received says it is but I had to make a change to add an extra day in June. Tomorrow will be the last day of school this week for your kindergarten child.
I'm looking forward to seeing the kids dressed up. I am predicting a lot of Spider-Man's and Elsas.
