Swimming

Tomorrow morning we are heading to the public library at 9am. It should be another great community field trip. Thanks to everyone for completing the permission forms in advance.
We will be heading to the pool around 12:20. Because of this, our day will be modified. We will eat our lunches earlier than usual and the kids will miss the usual afternoon recess. If I see the need, I will take them outside in the afternoon.
We will get changed at school and the kids will wear their suits and take a towel to the pool. We will get changed back into regular clothing when we get back to the school later. Good news, we have 4 adults in the pool tomorrow. I will stay outside of the pool and troubleshoot where need be.
A couple people have voiced a concern about their child being in the pool. I have assured them that I will equip them with a life jacket straight away. The kids will also be able to play in the wading pool. If you have not talked to me but would feel comfortable if your child has a life jacket on, please email me or write a note and send it in the mailbag.
We will no longer be sending any home reading books home. If you do have any that you haven't returned, pleases do so by Thurs. Thanks for taking the time to read to your kids at home.
I haven't been at school today to confirm this but the permission form for our last day walking field trip should be online. Please do this as soon as possible.
We have 4 more days and they are going to be fun ones!
